Understanding the concept of control is crucial towards gaining autonomy of your life.
There are VERY few things you actually have control of in this world.
The majority of negative thoughts in your head stem from worrying about things you have no control over.
We must reclaim the few internal things that we DO have control over, which include:
- Your thoughts
- Your words
- Your actions
- Your behaviors
The Food that goes into your body. This is what we will focus on in this thread.
In Western society, we must be taught the importance of proper Nutrition.
Our Dietary guidelines are ass-backward from what they should be.
We are emphasizing whole grains & sugars and de-emphasizing animal protein and dairy.
Fake meat and dairy-free alternatives are marketed as incredibly effective, yet we are as unhealthy as a society as ever.
88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy.
Almost 70% of US adults are overweight or obese.
And our children as suffering as well.
When you walk into a grocery store or a convenient store, you are overwhelmed by colorful boxes and products.
99% of these products are not Food.
They are products loaded with artificial sugar and seed oils.
You can barely find real Food anywhere in sight.
Big Food has done this intentionally to lure you in. They have food scientists whose entire job is to get you addicted.
Yes, you read that correctly. Your addiction is their financial profit. These scientists are in a lab engineering the perfect flavor combinations of saltiness, sweetness, savoriness, and various textures to make their Food irresistible and ADDICTIVE.
Think about it: How many times have you killed an entire bag of chips in a single sitting?
"What if we can change the game's rules and allow you to take control of your own life"?
My definition of real food includes the following:
- Animal-protein: Beef, chicken, fish, eggs
- Raw Dairy: Milk, butter, cream, cheeses
Yes, that's it. This is how our ancestors ate and thrived.
No ingredient labels. No artificial additives.
Just food as nature intended.
An emphasis is on two large daily meals consisting of grass-fed meat, high-quality vegetables, and fruit. ANIMALS & PLANTS.
You will go through an adjustment period when you switch to this eating style. In the first few weeks, you will crave the processed sugars and artificial fats you have been addicted to for almost your entire life.
However, you will start to notice the potent effects quickly
You will be amazed at how you feel when eating this way.
You will feel full after your meals. You are satiated due to the high protein & fat content of animals.
Your taste buds will rewire themselves. The meat will be bursting with flavor, and you will taste the sweetness of the fruit.
Your physique will start to lean out with muscle. You will develop a much slimmer waist and abs. Old clothes may no longer fit you.
You will have boundless energy throughout the day. You will pop out of bed awake and alert.
You will no longer feel drowsy.
Your brain fog will go away. Your brain will operate at the next efficiency level due to the fat you give.
Your anxiety & depression will be crushed. Feelings, thoughts, and emotions that used to bother you will no longer bother you.
You will be proud of who you are.
I am someone who knows this from experience.
I went from being chronically sick and unable to get off the toilet to the best version of myself by following this approach.
There are 1,000s of other people reclaiming their health and life as well.
This post is to remind you that another life is possible.
You were not put on this earth to be mediocre.
You are a POWERFUL, ENERGETIC being.
Your diet & nutrition is the foundational pillar to help you become the person you want to be.
